At Hogar Bambi Venezuela, the Volunteer Program plays a vital role in our mission. Since its beginnings in 2017, it has steadily grown, and in 2024 it became an even stronger pillar of our work. The program is led by three professionals and organized into two main areas:

Corporate and General Volunteering
Thanks to the dedication of so many trained volunteers, we were able to improve our internal processes and continuously enhance the quality of our programs for children and adolescents. Volunteers not only bring valuable skills but also contribute what we like to call “quality human hours” – their time, talents, and compassion.
Activities that Bring Body and Soul Together
Among the highlights of 2024 were yoga sessions and workshops on emotional and values education. These activities enriched not only the lives of our children and young people but also the well-being of our staff.
A special moment came through our partnership with Banco Mercantil, whose volunteers organized two joyful recreational events with snacks for all the children at Hogar Bambi Enlace and carried out a school supply collection to support the new school year.

37 interns in psychology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, nutrition, and social work
Together, they provided 13,776 hours of support in nearly every area – from administrative tasks to hands-on care. Volunteers served from Monday to Sunday, giving between 2 and 7 hours of their time each day.

Every hour, every gesture of kindness, and every open heart makes a difference. Without the dedication of our volunteers, it would not be possible to give so much hope and care to the children at Hogar Bambi.
